How CardGoGo works for companies

Administrators control locked company fields. Employees may directly update only fields they are permitted to edit, and no employee-change approval workflow is required for those permitted fields.

Step 1

Create your company workspace

Add company identity, logo, website, address, office phone and other supported company information.

Step 2

Create an approved staff-card template

Configure the branding, layout, visible information and which fields are company-controlled or employee-editable.

Step 3

Invite staff and assign cards

Invite employees, use supported bulk onboarding where available and assign the active staff-card template.

Step 4

Publish and manage the rollout

Publish staff cards and let employees share through public links, QR codes or compatible NFC cards.

What to know before you publish

DRAFT AND PUBLISHED CARDS

Keep a card private while preparing it, then publish it when ready.

PUBLIC PROFILE LINK

Share your published profile directly through messages, email signatures or online channels.

QR AND NFC SHARING

Use a QR code or compatible writable NFC card to open the same published CardGoGo profile.

COMPANY-CONTROLLED FIELDS

Company administrators can keep approved business details consistent across staff cards.

EMPLOYEE-EDITABLE FIELDS

Employees can directly update only details permitted by the company administrator.

UPDATING YOUR PROFILE

Change the online profile instead of replacing every shared or printed item, provided the supported sharing destination remains connected.

Share the same CardGoGo profile in different ways

Choose the sharing method that fits the moment while keeping one published online profile as the destination.

Direct link

Send the public profile through messages, email or social channels.

QR code

Display or print a QR code on cards, badges, signs or documents.

NFC card or tag

Write the supported CardGoGo sharing link to a compatible writable NFC product using an external NFC-writing workflow.
