Features may differ by plan and may change.
7. Drafts, published cards and public information
Drafts are working versions. Published Cards are available through public links, and QR or NFC items may provide access to published information. Users determine what they publish.
CardGoGo cannot control information already copied or saved by recipients.
8. User content and licence
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully provide. Users grant PWK Holdings a limited worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content only as required to operate, support and improve CardGoGo.
The licence ends when content is removed, except for backups, legal retention or information lawfully shared before removal.
9. User responsibilities
- Ensure information is accurate
- Have authority to publish the information
- Hold rights or permission for uploaded photos, logos and links
- Do not publish another person's information without authority
- Maintain appropriate backups of important information
10. Company workspaces
Company Administrators confirm authority to create and manage the Company Workspace. They may invite staff, manage company-controlled information and are responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of employee data.
Employees may edit permitted fields. Workspace roles determine management access. Company Administrators are responsible for removing access when staff leave. Archived workspaces may become read-only under the current product rules.
11. Invitations
Invitations must be sent only to authorised recipients. Invitation links and tokens must be protected. CardGoGo may expire or revoke invitations. Recipients remain responsible for confirming the workspace they join.
12. Acceptable use
Users must not use CardGoGo for:
- Illegal activity
- Fraud
- Impersonation
- Misleading identities
- Harassment
- Spam
- Malware or harmful links
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Publishing data without authority
- Scraping or automated extraction without permission
- Bypassing plan limits
- Interfering with security or availability
- Reverse engineering except where law permits
- Reselling the service without written permission
13. QR codes and NFC products
CardGoGo may provide digital QR codes and sharing destinations. Users may write supported sharing links to compatible third-party NFC products.
CardGoGo does not guarantee universal NFC or camera compatibility. Users must test QR codes and NFC products before printing, locking or distributing them. CardGoGo is not responsible for defective third-party cards, tags, printing or hardware. Physical cards, tags, printing and delivery are not included unless expressly agreed separately.
14. Free plans
Personal Free may be provided without charge. Company Starter may include a limited free Company Workspace. Current system limits and feature availability apply. Free services may be changed, limited or discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable. Free access does not create a lifetime entitlement.
Company Starter currently supports up to five non-archived Staff Cards per company workspace. Draft and Published Staff Cards count; Archived Staff Cards do not.
15. Paid services and company subscriptions
Certain paid CardGoGo company plans may be purchased through online checkout when CardGoGo makes that option available to the applicable account. Self-service checkout may be restricted during controlled rollout or pilot periods.
Company Pro is offered as an annual recurring subscription at the price and capacity shown before checkout. A recurring subscription may renew automatically for another annual term according to the checkout and subscription terms accepted by the customer, unless it is cancelled before renewal.
Eligible company owners may be given access to supported subscription-management functions, such as CardGoGo's billing portal. Where supported, cancelling a recurring subscription generally stops a future renewal and does not end access already paid for before the current subscription period finishes.
Company Pro Plus is offered as an annual recurring subscription at S$799 per year for the capacity shown before checkout. Eligible company owners may purchase it through online self-service checkout when that option is available to their account.
Enterprise and other custom arrangements continue to use an enquiry, upgrade-request, quotation, invoice or partner-assisted commercial process rather than standard online self-service checkout.
A paid service becomes binding only after the applicable price, subscription or service term, renewal conditions, taxes, cancellation terms and refund conditions are presented to and accepted by the customer.
If an accepted Paid Order conflicts with these Terms, the specific commercial terms in the Paid Order prevail for the relevant paid service. These Terms continue to apply in all other respects.
16. Partner programmes
BuiltChat or other approved ecosystem partners may offer CardGoGo benefits. Eligibility and duration depend on the relevant programme. Partner benefits are not automatically permanent, transferable or identical, and separate programme conditions may apply.
17. Taxes
Prices are stated in Singapore dollars unless otherwise indicated. PWK Holdings Pte. Ltd. is not currently registered for Singapore GST, and CardGoGo does not currently add Singapore GST to its displayed charges. If CardGoGo becomes legally required to collect a tax in the future, the applicable amount will be disclosed as part of the relevant purchase terms before the customer completes the purchase.
18. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, non-renewal and refund terms for paid services will be provided in the applicable order, quotation, invoice, partner programme or checkout terms before purchase.
Where no specific terms are provided, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, duplicated, incorrectly charged or otherwise agreed by PWK Holdings. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Service availability and changes
CardGoGo aims to provide a reliable service, but interruptions may occur. Maintenance, security updates and feature changes may be made. Features may be added, changed or discontinued. Reasonable notice will be given for material changes where practicable.
20. Third-party services and links
CardGoGo relies on third-party infrastructure, hosting, authentication, email, mapping and other service providers. Current information about relevant data processing and providers is available in the Privacy Policy.
User-provided external links, third-party NFC cards and tags, and NFC-writing applications may be subject to separate third-party terms and policies.
21. Suspension and termination
PWK Holdings may suspend or terminate access for material Terms violations, fraud, security risks, illegal activity, abuse, non-payment under a Paid Order, attempts to bypass limits, legal requirements or harm to the Service or other users. Where reasonable, PWK Holdings may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy.
22. Account deletion
Users may use the available deletion process. Sole owners of active companies may need to transfer or resolve ownership first. Deletion may not immediately remove all backups, files, logs, analytics or continuing company records. Some provisions survive termination.
23. Intellectual property
PWK Holdings owns CardGoGo software, branding, interfaces and documentation. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. No ownership of CardGoGo intellectual property is transferred.
24. Feedback
PWK Holdings may use feedback without payment or obligation, while not claiming ownership of confidential user content.
25. Disclaimers
CardGoGo is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. PWK Holdings does not warrant universal NFC compatibility, error-free operation, permanent availability, guaranteed search-engine results, guaranteed customer acquisition or legal or regulatory suitability for every user.
26. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PWK Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For paid services, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. For free services, aggregate liability is limited to S$100.
27. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify PWK Holdings against third-party claims arising from user content, unauthorised company or employee data, illegal use, infringement or material breach of these Terms.
28. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The application of Singapore law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of the consumer's place of residence.
The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
29. Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable Paid Order form the agreement relating to the relevant CardGoGo service.
30. Severability
If part of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
31. No waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
32. Assignment
Users may not assign their rights or obligations without PWK Holdings' prior written consent. PWK Holdings may assign the agreement as part of a restructuring, transfer of the CardGoGo business or similar legitimate transaction, subject to applicable law.
33. Force majeure
PWK Holdings is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
34. Relationship
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency or joint-venture relationship.
35. Notices
Formal notices to PWK Holdings may be sent to support@cardgogo.com or the listed business address. CardGoGo may send notices to the email associated with the account or through the Service.
36. No third-party beneficiaries
Unless expressly stated, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them.
37. Changes to the Terms
Updated Terms will be published at /terms. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-product notice or website notice. Where practicable, notice will be given before materially adverse changes. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance, subject to applicable law.
